Zucchini Chips 焗翠玉瓜片
Try this healthy summer snack, delicious, crunchy, lovely zucchini chips. Oven bake with cheese and breadcrumbs on top, golden and crispy. Perfect for snack in summer, and it is healthy!
I love this summer Zucchini (courgette), love the colour, the texture, the taste and it is very healthy. Zucchini are so cheap here, so I eat once a week at least. I love to grill it, season with salt and pepper, lovely! Or cook pasta or make these lovely zucchini chips.
These oven bake chips are not as crispy as potatoes, (if cook too long time, the flavour will gone) but still crunchy and delicious with cheese and breadcrumbs. Super easy to make, perfect for lazy summer! Adults and kids all love it!
夏天到,又是節瓜Zucchini的盛產季節,這個跟小黃瓜很相似,營養豐富。將翠玉瓜切薄片,再沾上芝士和麵包糠,烤成酥脆的脆片,健康又美味,絕對是大人小孩的健康小吃!
Wash and cut the zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices. In a bowl, mix cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together. Put the zucchini in a bowl, coat with cheese and breadcrumbs. They won’t stick very well, but try to press it. Place on lined baking sheet and also add some more cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 20 – 25 minutes, until golden. Cool on wire rack for few minutes.
將翠玉瓜必約1/4吋厚薄片。在碗內,將麵包糠,芝士碎,鹽及黑胡椒粉拌勻。放入翠玉瓜,沾滿麵包糠及芝士,不容易黏著,要用手壓一壓。然後放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上。放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗20至25分鐘,至表面金黃色。放在涼架上待涼即成!
- 1 zucchini
- 50 gram cheese, grated
- 50 gram breadcrumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
