Ingredients
  • 240 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 80 g Sugar 糖
  • 110 g Butter 牛油
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder 泡打粉
  • Milk 牛奶
  • 40 g Raisins 提子乾
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together in a big bowl. Then add in cubed butter (Cold butter). Crumble the butter with the flour.

  2. Then add in egg and raisin to form a dough. If a dough too dry, add some milk, too wet, add some flour)

  3. Roll the dough into 1 cm thin, then cut into circles.

  4. Add little bit butter in a pan, then put the dough in. Cook under medium low heat, for about 4 to 5 minutes each side, or until golden. Sprinkle sugar on top. Enjoy!
