Ingredients
  • 180 g Butter 牛油
  • 160 g Sugar 糖
  • 3 Eggs 雞蛋
  • 190 g Cake Flour 低筋麵粉
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 50 ml Milk 牛奶
  • 50 g Chopped Walnuts 合桃碎
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar. Then add in eggs, mix well.

  2. Sift in flour and baking powder, mix it until well combined. Add in milk, mix well.

  3. Add in chopped walnut, mix well.

  4. Put the batter into lined muffin tin, topped with more chopped walnuts.

  5. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes.

  6. *This recipe can make 10 little cakes
