Marinate the minced pork with all the seasonings. Mix well and put the pork into ziplog bag, flatten it and freeze for 1 hour.
After an hour, take the pork out and put in food processor. Blend the pork for few minutes until very smooth, it should look quite pale pink colour.
Then put the pork on cling film (traditionally they use banana leaves) and roll it into cylinder tightly.
Steam for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool then slice it.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
