Ingredients
  • 120 g Sugar 糖
  • 60 g Melted Butter 溶化牛油
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 170 g Yogurt 乳酪
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice 檸檬汁
  • 130 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 7 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 80 g Blueberries 藍莓
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar and butter together. Then add in egg, mix well.

    Add yogurt and lemon juice. 

    Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until well combined. Add in blueberries. 

    Pour the batter into muffin tin, pop in preheated oven at 200C, bake for 5 minutes, then turn to 180C for 15 minutes. (With higher heat at the beginning, it can be a higher top). Enjoy!
