Ingredients
  • 170 g Butter 牛油
  • 40 g Golden Syrup 轉化糖漿
  • 140 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 200 g Sugar 糖
  • 50 g Oatmeal 燕麥
  • 110 g Desiccated Coconut 椰絲
  • 30 ml Water 水
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 梳打粉
Instructions
  1. Put butter and golden syrup in a saucepan, cook under medium heat until bubble formed.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, oatmeal and desiccated coconut.

  3. Mix hot water with baking soda, then pour into the saucepan. Mix it quickly.

  4. Then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, mix well.

  5. Divide into small portion and roll a ball. Place it on lined baking sheet.

  6. Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 14-16 minutes. Let it cool completely and enjoy!
