Ingredients
  • 200 g Greek or Normal Yogurt 希臘或普通
  • 250 g Self-raising flour 自發粉
  • Salt 鹽
  • Egg Wash (optional) 蛋液
  • Sesame Seeds (optional) 白芝麻
Instructions
  1. Mix self-raising flour and yogurt together (I use greek yogurt for higher protein, you can also use normal yogurt, just add a bit more flour) I also add some salt to have better taste.

  2. Form a dough (add more flour if the dough is too wet to handle). Divide into 4 pieces.

  3. Roll into ball and make a hole in the middle. Place on lined baking sheet, brush some egg wash, sprinkle some sesame seeds or poppy seeds.

  4. Pop in preheated oven at 190C, bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
