Walnut Cakes 合桃蛋糕
When I was kid, the little cakes from Gardens was my absolutely favourite. They are pack of 2 little walnut cakes or 2 little Marbo cakes. Last year I share the recipe of the Marbo cakes, the simple butter cake with raisins & cherries.
These little walnut cakes are so easy to make, soft and fluffy, simple yet super delicious! Perfect for breakfast, snack and afternoon tea! You will love it!
小時候最愛嘉頓的孖寶蛋糕和合桃孖寶蛋糕,一包兩小個,超鍾意食。之前跟大家分享了孖寶蛋糕食譜,這次就來合桃蛋糕囉!
充滿牛油香,超鬆軟好味。做法簡單,最適合做早餐、小食和下午茶點心!
Cream the butter and sugar. Then add in eggs, mix well.
Sift in flour and baking powder, mix it until well combined. Add in milk, mix well.
Add in chopped walnut, mix well.
Put the batter into lined muffin tin, topped with more chopped walnuts.
Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes.
*This recipe can make 10 little cakes
用電動打蛋器打發牛油和糖,然後下雞蛋拌勻
篩入麵粉和泡打粉,拌勻,再加入牛奶,拌勻
將蛋糕糊倒入模內,放入已預熱180C焗爐,焗約15-18分鐘即成!
*這個食譜可做約10個小蛋糕
*將蛋糕放入密封盒內,存放室溫兩天

- 160 g Sugar 糖
- 3 Eggs 雞蛋
- 190 g Cake Flour 低筋麵粉
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
- 50 ml Milk 牛奶
- 50 g Chopped Walnuts 合桃碎
