Vanilla Panna Cotta 意式奶酪
A classic Italian dessert that no one can resist. Panna Cotta means cooked cream, so literally cook the cream and let it set in fridge. As simple as that! So creamy, serve with fresh fruit, perfect beautiful dessert!
Italian like to make this simple dessert, just cook the cream and set with gelatin. You can make it in 15 minutes, always a nice dessert to serve guests. Beautiful and delicious!
這個經典意大利甜點Panna Cotta,譯作煮過的鮮奶油。傳统的Panna Cotta是用鮮奶油做的,沒有牛奶成份,但因覺得全鮮奶油會太膩,那就加了牛奶。這個是香草味,簡單易做,只需15分鐘,新手不敗的甜點!
Use 3 tablespoons mix with gelatine powder, set aside. In a small saucepan, mix the double cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Cook at medium low heat until the sugar dissolved.
Then add the gelatine and mix well. Pour into ramekins and let it cool. Chill in fridge for at least 3 hours or until it set. Servw with fresh fruit and syrup.
用湯匙水與魚膠粉拌勻。在小鍋內,將牛奶,淡忌廉,糖及雲尼拿香油拌勻。用中火煮至糖溶化,然後加入魚膠粉拌勻。倒入模具內,待涼後放入雪櫃最少三小時至凝固。伴以水果發糖漿享用。
- 250 ml double cream
- 250 ml milk
- 70 gram sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 gram gelatine powder
- 材料 :
- 淡忌廉 -250毫升
- 牛奶 -250毫升
- 糖 -70克
- 雲尼拿香油 -1茶匙
- 魚膠粉 -8克
