Tofu & Meat Patties 家常雞蛋豆腐肉餅
These little yummy patties are so delicious, adding tofu into the meat make the patties more juicy. Coat and pan fried with eggs, simple and yummy patties perfect for dinner or as snack!
Nothing easier and better than making patties for weekday dinner. These patties are less meaty by adding tofu and make it so juicy. Very yummy that you can just serve with plain rice, I guarantee you, kids will love it!
又一個簡易家常菜,簡單的煎肉餅,外層沾有雞蛋,金黃香脆。
加了豆腐的肉餅,令肉餅更鮮嫰多汁,簡單又美味的家常菜!還可作野餐小食,大人小孩都必定喜歡!
Mix all the ingredients and seasoning (except egg and flour) in a big bow and mix well. Take out a small portion of meat, roll and press down.
Coat patties with flour and then beaten egg. Add oil in hot pan, then pan-fry the patties until golden.
先將所有材料及調味料放入大碗內,拌勻 (除了麵粉和雞蛋)
拿出小份,搓圓,壓成肉餅,然後將肉餅沾滿麵粉。
再沾上蛋液,熱鍋後下油,將肉餅每面煎數分鐘,煎至兩面金黃色即成!
- 300 beef, minced
- 1 box tofu
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon spring onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 egg
- plain flour for coating
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- white pepper
- salt
