The BEST OATMEAL COOKIES 燕麥曲奇餅
So I been using my oatmeal raisin cookies recipe for few years now, but lately I change the recipe a bit, and add more stuff like nuts, chocolate chips & cranberries in it. Guess what…it is soooooo delicious that it has to be the best recipe!!!
This time I made a bigger cookie, like a giant chocolate chip cookie size. It actually taste better than the smaller one! They are crunchy, chewy and super delicious! Of course, super easy to make, so try and thank me later!
我已用了同一個燕麥提子曲奇食譜多年,家裡經常都會有存貨,或是用來送朋友的小禮物。這次將食譜改良,再加入果仁、果乾和朱古力碎,美味升級!再將每個曲奇的份量加大,做成大大一塊,感覺更滿足!

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Then add in egg, mix well.
Sift in flour, oat, baking soda, cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
Then add in nuts, dried fruit and chocolate chips, mix well.
Divide into evenly portion, roll into balls. Put 4 in one tray. Flatten the dough a little bit.
Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for about 15 -18 minutes. Let it cool on tray completely, enjoy!
在大碗內先打發牛油和糖,然後加入雞蛋,拌勻。
篩入麵粉、梳打粉、粟粉和燕麥,拌勻。
再加入果仁、果乾和朱古力碎,拌勻。
將麵糰分成平均等份,搓圓,用手輕輕壓平麵糰,放在鋪有烘焙紙的焗盤上 (每焗盤每次焗4個,隔有空間)
放入已預熱170C 焗爐,焗約15-18分鐘,讓曲奇在焗盤上待涼後即可享用!
- 115 g Butter 牛油
- 100 g White Sugar 白糖
- 50 g Brown Sugar 紅糖
- 1 Egg 雞蛋
- 100 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
- 120 g Oatmeal 燕麥
- 10 g Corn Starch 粟粉
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 梳打粉
- 100 g Chocolate Chips 朱古力碎
- 70 g Nuts 果仁
- 100 g Dried Fruit 果乾
