Thai Prawn & Pomelo Salad 泰式鮮蝦柚子沙律
So summer is here, is time to have salad! This Thai Prawn & Pomelo salad is my all-time favourite Thai salad that I ordered every time when in Thai restaurants.
Pomelo taste not too sweet, but mix with some Thai dressing (palm sugar, fish sauce, lime juice) it taste so refreshing and super delicious. It is for sure my summer go-to salad! Enjoy!
每到泰式餐廳都很喜歡點這道柚子沙律,清甜的柚子,加上鮮蝦,再配酸甜的醬汁,開胃又好味!
做法簡單,夏天到,最適合食清新開胃的沙律!
Peel the pomelo and cut it into small pieces. Cook the prawns, seasoning with salt and pepper until cooked.
Mix the seasoning together. Mash the chilli, garlic and fried onion.
Mix everything together and Enjoy!
將柚子去皮,切成小塊。將鮮蝦去殻,灑上少許鹽及胡椒粉,煎至金黃色備用。
將所有調味料拌勻,備用。將指天椒、蒜頭和炸洋蔥磨碎。
將所有材料和調味料拌勻,再加大蝦即成!
- 300 g pomelo
- 6 prawns
- 2 gloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fried shallot
- 1-2 chilli
- coriander
- 2 tbsp cashew
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp palm sugar
- 300 克 柚子
- 2 瓣 蒜頭
- 6 隻 鮮蝦
- 2 湯匙 炸紅蔥頭
- 適量 芫茜
- 2 湯匙 腰果
- 3 湯匙 青檸汁
- 2 湯匙 魚露
- 1/2 湯匙 椰糖
