Thai Glass Noodles Salad 泰式粉絲沙律

So is September and here in Dubai is still over 40C, seriously, sooooooo hooooot! The best lunch for me is to have salad, healthy, light and delicious! 

This Thai glass noodles salad that you can order in Thai restaurants, actually super easy to make. Little bit spicy and sour, perfect summer salad!

天氣還是非常熱,繼續吃沙律,清爽又開胃。
這個泰式粉絲沙律,在家也可做到,加了粉絲更飽足,酸辣開胃,超美味!

Add oil in hot pan, cook the minced pork and season with soy sauce and salt. Set aside.

Soak the glass noodles until soften, then cook in boiling water until fully cooked. 

Mix all the ingredients and seasoning together, enjoy!

燒熱鑊後下油,炒豬肉,下少許生抽和鹽調味,盛起備用. 

將粉絲浸至軟身,然後下沸水,煮熟,盛起備用. 

將所有醬汁材料拌勻. 將所有材料和醬汁拌勻即成!

Ingredients
  • 1 pack glass noodles
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 60 g minced pork
  • peanut
Dressing
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 chilli
材料

  • 1 青瓜
  • 60 免治豬肉
醬汁
  • 4 湯匙 青檸汁
  • 2 湯匙 魚露
  • 1 茶匙
  • 1-2 辣椒
  • 1 茶匙 蒜蓉
Instructions
