In Hong Kong, we have a classic toast snack called fried prawn toast, and in Thailand there is a smiliar snack called Pork Toast. Crispy bread with delicious pork topping. It sounds a bit weird but it is surprisingly delicious.
When French toast is sweet, these little tiny toasts are savour and spicy. Perfect snack for party and afternoon snack. Super easy to make and you will like it!
Enoki Mushroom Pancakes 金菇菜煎餅
I looooove Enoki mushrooms so much! They look so adorable and taste delicious! I always make enoki beef rolls, kimchi tofu pot or just stir-fry it. Very healthy and yummy!
This time I make vegetable pancakes with enoki mushrooms, you can add any vegetables you like, simply mix everything together and pan-fry it. Simple but super super delicious! perfect to serve with rice (lunch box meal), or snack! Enjoy!

Very popular Korean street food sandwich, yes, it is just normal sandwich with two slices of bread, ham, cheese…BUT it is not only like this. To make this sandwich special, there is a omelette with lots of vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrot ….of course you can be creative and add spring onion, zucchini or whatever veggie you have at home. These are one of my favourite snack, who does’t love cheese balls? These mochi cheese balls are crispy on the outside, chewy at the inside.
They also sell these lovely cheese balls at bakery, but it is not cheap. If you love these cheese balls, better make it yourself. They are sooooo easy to make and everyone will love it (promise!!!)
