This is classic Chinese sweet soup dessert. We love to make sweet soup, red beans, green beans , bean curd skin, papaya, pear….just put in boil water, add some sugar then have a large pot of sweet soup. It is great to have it warm in winter or cold in summer. The older people consider sweet soup is very healthy, for me, I just know is very delicious.

Bagel is the best choice for breakfast or lunch. You can just eat it with butter, or you can sandwich it with salmon, ham, cheese. It is chewy and delicious. This cinnamon raisin bagel, with aromatic cinnamon flavour and sweet raisins, great combination.

It is one of my favourite Thai snacks, deep-fry fishcakes. They are so delicious, aromatic and little bit spicy, a great appetitizer! Usually in Thai restaurant I must order the snack platter, they have spring rolls, shrimp cakes, fishcakes and chicken. The fishcakes are a bit spicy because it has red curry paste in it, and give it a strong aromantic flavour. With some long beans and fish meat, a rich texture after deep fry.

Simple, easy, delicious stir-fried noodles. I called it free-style, cause you can add almost anything you like on it. It is like Mac and Cheese for the west, and it is sooooo comforting and filling.
