XO Sauce Chicken Puffs XO醬雞肉酥
Anyone like me that love to add XO sauce in everything…fried rice, noodles, porridge etc. They are the sauce made with dried scallops, chilli, dried shrimps, it might taste weird for some people but I just LOVE it!
This time I make these chicken puff with xo sauce, it is like the bbq pork puff dim sum with little twist. They are so easy to make and xo sauce just make the world more beautiful! Try and I am sure you will love it too!
Homemade Spicy Pork Cubes 自製五香肉丁
I know, canned food is not healthy but sometimes I just like to indulge myself to have little bit of ”junk food”. These spicy pork cubes I am addicted for years, no matter where I go, I always have this can with you. I love to have it with plain rice, or cook with fried rice and spaghetti. It might sound strange but it is a little taste of home.
It sounds difficult to make your own spicy pork cubes, but it is not! The meat is so tender, healthier and super delicious. Try and you will love it!

It is summer and I seldom eat rice and noodles now, I love to drink soup at night time and it is less heavy and healthy. Lately I always make this hot and sour soup, they are spicy, sour, full of vegetable and super delicious!

One of the most favourite Chinese dishes must be Salt & Pepper something something…it can go with tofu, shrimps, pork chop and so on. Cause salt & Pepper just go with everything.

These little transparent cakes are the traditional Hong Kong snack. When I was kid, I always love to eat it. You can easily find on the street, they are very chewy, not too sweet , with red bean paste filling.

Every time when I back to Hong Kong for holiday, I must have this spicy chicken hotpot. This is Sichuan style with lots of chilli and chilli pepper, so spicy but also give you numb feeling. After finishing the chicken, pour some chicken stock in it and you can start the hotpot.
Fried Chinese Thin Pancakes 簡易版中式煎薄撐
These fried Chinese thin pancakes are one of the most yummy dim sums, but hey, all dim sums are yummy anyway! I remember when I was kid, every time when I went to Yum Cha, we must order these pancakes.I stood in front of the dim sum lady and looked at her cook the pancakes. Ahhh…memories!
It is very easy to make these pancakes, you can add whatever you desire in the batter. Pan-fry it until golden and crispy. Perfect snack for every one!
Enoki Mushroom Pancakes 金菇菜煎餅
I looooove Enoki mushrooms so much! They look so adorable and taste delicious! I always make enoki beef rolls, kimchi tofu pot or just stir-fry it. Very healthy and yummy!
This time I make vegetable pancakes with enoki mushrooms, you can add any vegetables you like, simply mix everything together and pan-fry it. Simple but super super delicious! perfect to serve with rice (lunch box meal), or snack! Enjoy!
