Classic French Baguette that you can easily make at home. Long and lean shape of loaf bread with very crispy crust , and soft and chewy inside.

Nothing better than the fresh baking smell in the house. We used to make white loaf with bread machine, it turned out well but still, not as good as the handmade one. Those bread that you (or your mixer) have to knead the dough and shape it.

I can’t believe you can put potato into a bread and make it taste so good. Yes I am not a potato fan (except fries!), but I am obsessed with this bread. The bread is crispy at the outside, soft and moist of inside. Perfect for making sandwich or my favourite, serve with bowl of tomato soup.

Homemade freshly baked cinnamon raisin buns, it just make my house smell soooo nice! A flaky bread with sweet melted brown sugar and butter filling, with raisin or with some pecans would be nice. This is the most popular breakfast buns …in my home anyway.
