How awesome is that if we can have a homemade pizza without making the pizza dough?! Yes, I know, it is not too difficult to make your pizza dough, but from time to time, we just need to be lazy right?
This bread pizza is just perfect! I use Arabic flatbread but you can use any bread you like, slice sandwich bread is good too. Put all the toppings you like and bake. Seriously, so simple, easy and delicious! Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea…why not?!

Very shiny and beautiful apricot Danish pastries, with buttery, fluffy pastry. Filled with pastry cream and top with apricot. Lovely and delicious treat for any time that you can make at home.
This is my favourite Danish pastry, love the taste, the color and the look of the shiny dome apricot. With homemade pastry cream (you can search the recipe on my blog here), or you can use custard. Top with apricot or any fruit you like, the most important is put a glaze of apricot jam to make it shiny.

Korean Street Food – Sweet Pancakes (Hotteok) 韓式糖煎餅
This is one of the most popular Korean street food -Hotteok, it is like a pancake but also like a soft bread with fillings. There are sweet and savour fillings, traditionally for the sweet one is brown sugar with cinnamon. The savour one, you can make put vegetable or meat inside. Of course, you can just make whatever you like, cheese, peanut butter, nutella, chocolate….
Korean Street Food Sandwich 韓式街頭三文治
Very popular Korean street food sandwich, yes, it is just normal sandwich with two slices of bread, ham, cheese…BUT it is not only like this. To make this sandwich special, there is a omelette with lots of vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrot ….of course you can be creative and add spring onion, zucchini or whatever veggie you have at home. And most important thing is, sprinkle sugar on toasted bread…it might sound strange but it is super yummy!

Chinese fluffy, warm and pillow-soft steamed buns with sweet red bean paste filling. These little buns are perfect for breakfast or dim sum at Chinese restaurant when you have yum cha.
You can have different fillings for the buns, lotus paste, custard, or whatever you like. They are so easy to make and keep well in freezer. Whenever you need these lovely buns, just steam to reheat it, it will become soft again.
Irish Soda Bread 愛爾蘭梳打麵包
So St.Patrick Day is coming and is time to bake some Irish soda bread to celebrate it! Ok, to be honest, I am not Irish and I barely know about Irish tradition, but hey as long as is a good bread, we go for it!
This is very simple, no-fuss and no knead bread. Instead of yeast, the essential ingredient is baking soda, that takes only 40 minutes to make the bread. This rustic bread with crispy crust and wheat flavour. Try this quick bread, it is perfect to serve with butter or with soup.

These are one of my favourite snack, who does’t love cheese balls? These mochi cheese balls are crispy on the outside, chewy at the inside.
They also sell these lovely cheese balls at bakery, but it is not cheap. If you love these cheese balls, better make it yourself. They are sooooo easy to make and everyone will love it (promise!!!)
