When I was kid, every time we went to Chinese restaurant to have dim sum, I always looking forward to have the dessert. Almond Jelly is one of my favourite! They served with a bowl of canned mixed fruit with a cocktail umbrella on top. I don’t know why it called Almond Tofu in Chinese tho, maybe because it looks like tofu?!

Traditional Chinese dish – braised tofu that I always love to order in Chinese restaurant. This sounds like a restaurant dish but actually is super easy to make and is so delicious.
In some restaurants they deep-fry the tofu, but for healthier version, I just pan-fry it. The sauce is so easy to make and is perfect to serve with plain rice.

Anyone like me that love to add XO sauce in everything…fried rice, noodles, porridge etc. They are the sauce made with dried scallops, chilli, dried shrimps, it might taste weird for some people but I just LOVE it!

These adorable, pretty and delicious mochi are Southeast Asian dessert. The texture is similar to the Hong Kong mochi, but with sugar filling. When you cook the mochi, the filling will melt inside, it is so delicious!
I make it with purple yam, you can also use sweet potato or pumpkin. It is very easy to make, perfect snack for any time!
