Scones are one of the favourite thing I like to make at home, for causal snack or little treat for our guests. It is super easy to make and after many many times of practise, I can say my scones are pretty good! 😉 *approved by my English husband haha

Baked Cheesy Eggplants 芝士焗茄子
I always wonder how can you make eggplants tasty…I mean eggplants are tasty but if you use it to cook Chinese dishes, you might need a lot of oil to keep its colour. Or I like to grill eggplants for salad.
This baked eggplant dish is soooooo delicious, maybe because of the cheese? 😉 With tomatoes and zucchini, it is so healthy, super easy to make. Perfect for appetiser or even main dish. Hope you like it too!

This stir-fried udon is one of my favourite, you can add anything you have in the fridge. Add some kimchi, little bit spicy, make it even yummier! At the end, add in a slice of cheese, well…you know you will love it! Enjoy!
No-bake Biscoff Cheesecake 免焗芝士蛋糕
Is there anyone like me that obsessed with these Biscoff cookies? (or butter cookies in the States) They are so buttery with special favour that I can’t tell what it is, they are just so yummy and I can’t stop eating it.
This time I made a no-bake cheesecake with Biscoff biscuits favour. They are so creamy, rich, sweet and just heavenly! Of course you can use any other biscuits and spread instead, they will be lovely anyway! I love to put no-bake cheesecake in a cup, is easy to serve and no gelatine needed. I always worry the gelatine can’t set properly or has lumps. So this cheesecake cups just perfect!
Cheesy Hash Brown 芝士薯餅
Mr P really loves McDonalds’ hash brown, I don’t know why but he just love it. One time he even tried to make hash brown at home as he can’t buy the McDonalds one after 11am. Sadly, it failed.
Actually, it is very easy to make and it is sooooooo delicious. For me, it is way better than the McDonalds one. I even add some (or lots) of cheese and some spices in it, half fry it until golden and crispy…seriously they are sooooooooo good!

Very simple and delicious pasta dish that you can make it in 15 minutes. Creamy and cheesy sauce seems like go well with anything!
This is a very simple pasta dish with very creamy and cheesy sauce. Of course you can add any protein you like, but for me, chicken with sweetcorn is perfect match! Add loads of cheese is the key and you will love it!
Cheese Balls 芝士麻糬波波
These are one of my favourite snack, who does’t love cheese balls? These mochi cheese balls are crispy on the outside, chewy at the inside.
They also sell these lovely cheese balls at bakery, but it is not cheap. If you love these cheese balls, better make it yourself. They are sooooo easy to make and everyone will love it (promise!!!)
