Microwave Recipe – Chocolate Mug Cake 微波爐巧克力蛋糕
It is one of my favourite microwave recipes again!!!! Hope you all like mug cake, I will try and make more different flavour. This chocolate mug cake is sooo chocolatey, very moist, not too sweet and super delicious. It takes 3 minutes in microwave, great for sudden crave for cake and you don’t want to bake it.
No Bake Chocolate Ganache Tart 免焗香濃巧克力撻
Oh this tart is just look so gorgeous, definitely one of the best dessert for summer. A crispy biscuit base, filled with rich chocolate ganache, garnish with fresh fruit. It tastes hevenly delicious. Great with any occasion, perfect!
Chocolate and Strawberry Mousse Cake 巧克力草莓慕絲蛋糕
These are gorgeous looking cake, with chocolate sponge cake at the bottom, top with strawberry mousse and chocolate mousse, then have shiny chocolate glaze. It looks like those in fancy cake shops isn’t it?
Chocolate Marble Cake 巧克力雲石蛋糕
A gorgeous classic chocolate marble loaf cake, swirls with vanilla and chocolate batter. Very light, moist and delicious. Perfect for afternoon with a cup of tea.
