Super Creamy Mashed Potato 超幼滑薯蓉

Peel the potatoes and place into a large pot, add water to cover it. Cook until potatoes are fully cooked, drain well.
Mash the potatoes with forks or potato masher, then go through a fine sieve.
Add in milk and butter, mix well and it is done.
將馬鈴薯去皮,切成小塊,放入一煲開水內,用中火煮滾,然後轉小火煮至馬鈴薯全熟。
將馬鈴薯瀝乾水份,然後用叉或至馬鈴薯器壓至薯蓉。如要非常幼滑的薯蓉,用篩網過濾,用膠刮輔助。
最後下鹽,黑胡椒粉、牛油及微暖的牛奶拌勻即可。
- 800 gram potato
- 30 gram unsalted butter
- 80 ml milk
