Yes, being a bit cheecky to put all the cheesecake ingredients into a blender, no baking, no biscuit base, it is perfect for lazy people! (Why not?!) If you want it creamier, add more ice-cream, add condensed milk for sweetness.

- 2 -3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 120 gram strawberries,
- 100 ml milk
- 40 gram cream cheese
- 1 -2 tablespoons condensed milk
- whipped cream for garnish
- digestive biscuits for garnish
