Stir-fried Beef Spaghetti with Black Pepper Sauce 黑椒牛柳炒意粉
This is Hong Kong local restaurants (Cha Chaan Tang) one of the most popular dish. A little bit of fusion, stir-fried spaghetti with black pepper sauce, very very delicious. Just love it!
This is very easy dish that you can make in 15 minutes. With the store-bought black pepper sauce, stir-fry with beef, delicious! I always like to stir -fry spaghetti, (Italian may not be happy when see that) it is just like Asian noodles but more al-dente. Hope you will enjoy this Hong Kong style dish, support!

Cut the beef into strips, use some soy sauce, sugar, salt, water and baking soda to marinate the beef for 15 minutes. Add oil in hot pan, quickly cook the beef until is half cook, then set aside. Bring a pot of salted water to boil, cook the spaghetti and drain well.
先將牛肉切條,用生抽,鹽,糖,水及梳打粉醃牛肉15分鐘。熱鑊後下油,快炒牛肉至半熟,盛起備用。煮一鍋沸水,下, 茶匙鹽煮意粉,瀝乾水份備用。
Add little bit more oil in pan, cook onion for 3 minutes, then add spaghetti and all seasoning, toss well and cook for a minute. Finally add the beef, cook for a minute, then it is done!
再加少許油在鑊內,炒洋蔥3分鐘至軟身。下意粉及所有調味料拌勻,炒一分鐘。再加牛肉,炒一分鐘即成!
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 100 gram beef, long strip
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 - 2 tablespoon black pepper sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water

- 生抽 -1湯匙
- 糖-1茶匙
- 水 -2湯匙
