Stir-fried Beef Macaroni 乾炒牛通
Stir-fried beef noodles is one of the classic local Hong Kong dishes. Super easy to make and just need soy sauce to make the sauce. It might sounds not too attractive but trust me, once you try it, you will LOOOOOVE it!
Usually we use the flat rice noodles, but in Macau, people use macaroni instead. The taste is the same but the texture of the macaroni is chewier and it is just yummy!

做法超簡單,15分鐘就做到,大家要試試喔!
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the macaroni and drain well.
Use some soy sauce, sugar and corn starch to marinate the beef for 20 minutes. Heat oil in hot pan, cook the beef and set aside.
Add little bit more oil and cook the onion until softened, add in macaroni and all the seasonings, mix well.
Add in beef and spring onion, stir-fry a bit and it is done!
將通粉煮熟,瀝乾水份 (不要煮至太軟身)
用少許豉油、糖和生粉醃牛肉20分鐘。燒熱鑊後下油,炒牛肉至半熟,盛起備用。
下洋蔥,炒至軟身,然後加入通心粉和調味料,拌勻。再加入牛肉和青蔥,再炒一炒即成!
- 150 gram macaroni
- 200 gram beef
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 材料:
- 通心粉 150克
- 牛肉 200克
- 洋蔥 1/4個
- 生抽 2湯匙
- 老抽 1湯匙
- 糖 1茶匙
- 青蔥 2條
