Steamed Tofu with Hot Pickled Mustard 榨菜肉絲蒸豆腐
Simple daily Chinese dish that you can make it in 15 minutes! I always love to cook tofu, they are cheap, healthy and delicious! Steamed tofu is one of the best dishes that you don’t need to put any oil. So easy and quick meal ready!
Simply add some hot pickled mustard on top, and drizzle with some soy sauce. Seriously, this simple but super delicious! Perfect to serve with plain rice.

Cut the pork into long strips, marinate with some soy sauce, sugar and corn starch for 20 minutes.
Cut the tofu into small pieces, put on the plate, then add meat, hot pickled mustard and dried shrimps on top. Steam under medium heat for 15 minutes.
Simply sizzle some soy sauce on top. Enjoy!
將肉切幼絲,用少許生抽、糖和太白粉,醃20分鐘.
將豆腐切件,在上面放上肉絲、榨菜和蝦米,用中火蒸約15分鐘, 淋上豉油享用.
- 1 box tofu
- 100 g pork
- 30 g hot pickled mustard
- dried shrimps
- 1 磚 豆腐
- 100 克 豬肉
- 30 克 榨菜
- 少許 蝦米
