Spaghetti Aglio e Olio 香蒜意粉
This classic and the easiest pasta dish ever! Just like the name, spaghetti, garlic and olive oil, as simple as that! But this is very delicious and comforting. You can make it in 15 minutes, healthy and simple!

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the spaghetti and drain well. Add oil and garlic in a pan, cook at low heat for 3 minutes, let the garlic flavour come out slowly. Add spaghetti and pasta cooking water, season with salt and pepper, toss well and it is done!
煮沸一鍋水,下一茶匙鹽,煮意粉,瀝乾水份。下橄欖油及蒜蓉在鑊內,用小火煮3分鐘,令蒜香散發,然後加入意粉及煮麵條的水,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味,拌勻即成!
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 3 cloves garlic
- 材料:
- 意粉 -150克
- 蒜蓉 -3瓣
