Soy Sauce Meat Patty 豉油肉餅
This is one of the most easiest , simplest everyday Chinese meal dishes. Pan-fry the meat patty with simple soy sauce. The patty is so juicy and delicious, great with rice.
Every family has their own recipe for meat patty, steamed meat patty. You can simply use minced meat with Shittake mushrooms, pickle cabbage, squid to make the patty. Steam it or like this one, to pan-fry it. The sauce is just soy sauce but is soooo delicious, the patty is so juicy and tender.
It is super easy to make, it is like a mini burger, kids love it! When you don’t have time, make this! With plain rice and some vegetable, then you have simple, healthy dinner that kids and adults love.

Mix the minced pork, egg, garlic and all the seasoning together, let it chill for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in hot pan, then spoon one tablespoon meat in a pan. Cook on medium heat until both side of the meat is golden and fully cooked.
Add all the sauce seasoning in the pan, bring it to boil and let the patty dip into the sauce.
在大碗內,先將免治豬肉,雞蛋及所有醃肉調味料拌勻,靜置15分鐘。
熱鑊後下油,用湯匙取豬絞肉,放入鑊內成小餅,用中火煎至肉餅全熟。
將所有醬汁調味料倒入鑊內,用中火煮沸醬汁,讓肉餅沾滿醬汁即成!

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- white peper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 250ml water

- 粟粉 -1茶匙
- 水-250毫升
