Snowball Cookies / Melting Moments 雪球曲奇
YAY! Finally Christmas is here!!!! (almost!) It is time to do some baking…snowball cookies is my favourite thing to bake. They are so adorable, just like snowball isn’t it?! They are actually melt in your mouth, SUPER yummy!
The ingredients are very simple, super easy to make. Trust me, this is THE foolproof recipe! They are perfect for Christmas gift and everyone will love it!

耶誕節快到，又是時候製作各種美味的曲奇送給家人朋友。這個雪球曲奇叫Melting Moments, 當一口咬下去時，就像名字一樣 – 溶化在口裡。在餅乾上灑上糖霜，就成一個個雪球，好可愛唷！
4種材料，做法超簡單，新手也可做到，派對小吃也必定大受歡迎，快試試喔！
Cream the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Then sift in corn starch and cake flour, mix well. Form a dough, if the dough is too dry, add some water ; too wet, add some flour). Wrap with cling film and chill in fridge for an hour.
Divide the dough into small pieces, roll into balls. Place it on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated at 170C, bake for about 10 minutes. Let it cool on baking sheet, dust with icing sugar when it cool completely.
先用打蛋器打發牛油及糖霜, 然後篩入粟粉及低筋麵粉，拌勻，用手搓至成麵糰 （如麵團太濕潤，可多加點麵粉，太乾就加點水）。用保鮮紙包好，放入雪櫃一小時。
將麵糰分成小份，搓成球狀，放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上。放入已預熱170度焗爐，焗約十分鐘至表面少少金黃色即成。放在涼架上待涼後，再灑上糖粉即成！
- 125 gram unsalted butter
- 40 gram icing sugar
- 110 gram corn starch
- 90 gram cake flour
- 材料：
- 無鹽牛油 125克
- 糖霜 40克
- 粟粉 110克
- 低筋麵粉 90克
