Sesame Crisps 芝麻脆片

We love to use sesame oil when come to cooking, it is flavourful and make the dish into next level. We also love to use sesame seeds to make candy, crunchy and delicious. There are difference between the taste of white and black sesame seeds, for this recipe, you can use any of your desire. 

These sesame crisps are more like very thin cookies, the thinner you make the crispier. It is very simple, quick and easy recipe. Perfect snack and hope you like it!

芝麻營養豐富,用來做小食也不錯。除了芝麻糖外,也可做這個芝麻脆餅!充滿芝麻香,香脆好味,完全停不了口!

用黑白芝麻都可以,做法超簡單,新手也可做到,快試試!

Put sesame seeds in a wok (no oil needed), cook under medium low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Beat the egg white until foamy, add in sugar, mix well. Add melted butter, then sift in flour, mix until well combined.

Add sesame seeds, mix well. Then add one tablespoon batter on lined baking sheet. Use fork to level it, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!

將白芝麻放在鑊內(不用加油),用中小火烘10-15分鐘。

先打發蛋白至有泡沫,然後下糖,拌勻。下溶化牛油,拌勻,再篩入麵粉,拌勻。

下白芝麻,拌勻,將一湯匙的麵糊放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,用叉鋪平,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,烤焗約12-15分鐘或至金黃色即成!
