Red Bean Buns 紅豆包/豆沙包

Another very simple bun recipe! This red bean bun that you can find in Asian bakery. I like the red bean paste, the sweetness filled in the bun. The bun is very soft and light, it is very delicious.

It is very easy to make the bun, you can use the same recipe for the bun and change to different fillings like custard, Nutella, matcha cream etc. Hope you like it too!

這次做這個菊花造型的紅豆(豆沙)包,包著香甜的豆沙,麵包鬆軟又好味,隔天都同樣好吃!做法簡單,用相同的麵包食譜,加入不同的餡料:卡士達醬、Nutella、抹茶醬等。

Mixed the instant dried yeast, sugar and water together, let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix with flour, salt and yeat mixture, then add in butter and 80ml milk. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place the dough in lightly oiled bowl, cover with cling film, let it rest for at least an hour or double its size.

Take out a dough and divide into 6 pieces. Add in red bean paste. Seal and roll into balls. Cover with cling film and let it rest for an hour.

Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Enjoy!

將快速乾酵母、糖和水拌勻,靜置15分鐘.

在大碗內加入麵粉、鹽、酵母液,拌勻,再下室溫牛油和80毫升牛奶,拌勻

用機器或手搓麵糰,搓至有薄膜和表面光滑。將麵糰放入塗有油的大碗內,用保鮮紙封口,靜置一個小時或至麵糰脹大一倍(*如天氣冷,要長一點時間)

拿出麵糰,排出空氣,分成6份,搓圓,再包入紅豆蓉,封口,搓圓,蓋上保鮮紙,靜置一小時.

在麵糰上塗上蛋液,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約15-18分鐘
