Raspberry Muffins 紅莓鬆餅/馬芬
Muffin recipes are always vey popular on my website. They are so easy to make and so delicious. It is waaaay tastier than the one you get in coffee shop. You can keep it for few days, perfect breakfast or snack.
This time I make raspberry muffins, it is so light and fluffy. With the raspberries give the tangy and sweet flavour, very refreshing. Perfect for summer! Enjoy!
實在太喜歡做鬆餅/馬芬Muffin 喇!夏天就是吃莓的季節,就用紅莓來做Muffin!
超級簡單,酸甜開胃,再在上面加上金寶(奶酥),就跟咖啡店買的一樣,但更新鮮好味!
For the streusel topping, mix butter, sugar and flour together. Then use fingers to crumble it together.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Then add in egg and yogurt, mix well.
Add in flour, baking powder and raspberries, fold it gently.
Divide the batter into lined muffin tin, sprinkle the streusel on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 18-24 minutes.
先做金寶(奶酥),將牛油、麵粉和糖拌勻,用手指擠碎
在大碗內,用電動打蛋器打發牛油和糖,打至淡黃色。然後加入雞蛋和乳酪拌勻。
篩入麵粉、泡打粉和紅莓,輕力拌勻
將麵糊倒入鬆餅模內,再在上面加上金寶。放入已預熱180C焗爐,焗約18-24分鐘即成!
- 20 g Butter 牛油
- 25 g Sugar 糖
- 25 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
- 55 g Butter 牛油
- 100 g Sugar 糖
- 1 Egg 雞蛋
- 55 g Yogurt 乳酪
- 120 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
- 5 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
- 100 g Raspberries 紅莓
