Penne all’ Arrabbiata 生氣蕃茄煙肉長通粉
Classic Roman pasta dish – Penne all’arrabbiata, delicious tomato sauce with a hint of spiciness.
Arrabbiata in Italian means Angry, why is this pasta dish angry? It comes from the spiciness of the pasta and make you angry! But I am definitely not angry at all!
This is a super easy to make pasta dish, the original Arrabbiata pasta doesn’t included bacon, but hey, everything better with bacon right?!
這個生氣蕃茄煙肉長通粉Penne all’ Arrabiata, 在近意大利羅馬地區非常流行,譯作生氣的意思,蕃茄醬汁充滿辣度。
材料非常簡單,做法超容易,15分鐘上桌。美味又開胃,快試試喔!
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the penne pasta then drain well.
Add oil in hot pan, cook the bacon bites for few minutes. Then add in chopped tomato, season with salt and pepper. Bring it to boil, then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in penne, mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
先用一大鍋沸水煮長通粉,下一茶匙鹽,煮熟後瀝乾水份備。
下少許油,先煮煙肉粒數分鐘。下蕃茄粒,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。用中火煮沸後,轉小火煮5分鐘。
最後下適量芝士碎拌勻即成!
- 150 gram penne
- 200 gram bacon bites
- 400 gram chopped tomato
- grated cheese

- 罐裝番茄粒 400克
- 煙肉粒 200克
- 芝士碎 適量
