Pear & Red Date Sweet Soup 滋潤雪梨紅棗糖水

This is one of the easiest sweet soup perfect for winter – simply with some pears, red dates and wolf berries. A big pot of sweet soup that you can share with family. Enjoy!
天氣乾燥,最好就是吃一碗糖水滋潤一下。雪梨紅棗糖水,滋潤養顏又美味。

Peel and core the pear, cut into small pieces. Deseed the red dates and wash the wolf berries.
Bring a pot of water to boil, then add in all ingredients (except wolf berries) , then bring it to boil again and turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
Add in wolf berries and cook for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
將雪梨去皮去芯,再切件。紅棗去核,杞子洗淨備用。煮沸水後,下所有材料(除了杞子),再煮沸後轉小火煮30分鐘。
然後下杞子,再煮5分鐘即成!

- 8 red dates
- 2 tablespoons wolfberries
- 800 ml water
- 50 gram rock sugar

- 紅棗 8粒
- 杞子 2湯匙
- 水 800毫升
- 冰糖 50克
