Peanut Butter Brownie 花生醬布朗尼
One of the best combination : Chocolate + Peanut butter brownie, very nutty, chocolatey , gooey brownie that everyone can easily make it.
This is one of the easiest recipes! Just mix all ingredients together, make some swirl at the top. There you go, perfect snack, party food and gift for friends!
Mix the chocolate, peanut butter and brown sugar in the pot, cook under medium heat until melted.

Then add in eggs, mix well. Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until well-combined.
Pour the mixture into lined baking tin, add some peanut butter at the top and use a knife to make swirl.
Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 30-35 mins, let it cool for 30 minutes, then cut into small pieces.
先將巧克力,紅糖和花生醬在煲內,用中小火煮至溶化。然後下雞蛋拌勻,再篩入麵粉和泡打粉拌勻。
將麵糊倒入焗盤內,在上面加少許花生醬,用刀在麵糊內劃圈,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約30-35分鐘即成。
待涼約30分鐘,再切件享用。
*我用的焗盤是9 X 9 吋
- 180 gram peanut butter
- 150 gram chocolate (70% or more cocoa)
- 180 gram brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 gram plain flour
