Papaya Milk Custard 木瓜鮮奶凍

Peel and deseeded the papaya, you can cut the bottom a little bit to make it stand, then set aside. In a bowl, mix the gelatine powder with sugar, then add in hot milk, stir until the sugar dissolved. Then pour the mixture into the papaya, let it cool completely. Chill in fridge for at least an hour or until the custard set. Then slice it.
將木瓜去皮,去籽及囊,可將底部稍切平,備用。將糖及魚膠粉拌勻, 再倒入熱牛奶,不停攪拌至糖溶化。然後倒入木瓜內,待涼後放入雪櫃雪最少一小時至奶凍凝固。然後切件享用。
- 1 medium papaya
- 150 ml milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon gelatine powder
- 40 gram sugar
- 材料:

- 牛奶 -150毫升
- 魚膠粉 -1+1/2茶匙
- 糖 -40克
