Homemade Spicy Pork Cubes 自製五香肉丁

I know, canned food is not healthy but sometimes I just like to indulge myself to have little bit of ”junk food”. These spicy pork cubes I am addicted for years, no matter where I go, I always have this can with you.  I love to have it with plain rice, or cook with fried rice and spaghetti. It might sound strange but it is a little taste of home.

It sounds difficult to make your own spicy pork cubes, but it is not! The meat is so tender, healthier and super delicious. Try and you will love it!

Cheesy Hash Brown 芝士薯餅

Actually, it is very easy to make and it is sooooooo delicious. For me, it is way better than the McDonalds one. I even add some (or lots) of cheese and some spices in it, half fry it until golden and crispy…seriously they are sooooooooo good!
