Coconut Mochi Cake 椰汁麻糬小蛋糕
So lately many people obsessed with mochi, like Japanese mochi filled with red bean paste and strawberry, the Hong Kong style mochi filled with mango, peanut or red bean paste. They are so chewy and super delicious!
Actually mochi is very easy to make, you can buy the glutinous rice flour in grocery shop and you can have the mochi snack you crave for. This time, I make the coconut mochi cake originally from Hawaii. With the coconut flavour, sooooo chewy and delicious. I made it with mini muffin tin, that make it bite size, or you can make in cake sheet pan, then cut into small pieces. Try and hope you love it too!
Minced Ginger & Scallion Dipping Sauce 薑蔥蓉沾醬
Every time when I back to Hong Kong, I must have steamed chicken and Char Sui (PPQ Pork). However, what make me excited is not about the chicken, but the dipping sauce. It is a very simple sauce with minced ginger, scallion and oil. It is soooooo delicious, once you try it, you will love it.
Mr P always ask me to make this sauce, even in UK, we don’t have the ”yellow skin” chicken but this sauce go with roasted chicken. And also perfect just with plain rice.

Quiche is very simple but delicious food. It is easy to make it by yourself and I guaranteed it taste so much better than the restaurants one. You can add any filling you like, I always love bacon! Thai Prawn & Pomelo Salad 泰式鮮蝦柚子沙律
So summer is here, is time to have salad! This Thai Pawn & Pomelo salad is my all-time favourite Thai salad that I ordered every time when in Thai restaurants.
Pomelo taste not too sweet, but mix with some Thai dressing (palm sugar, fish sauce, lime juice) it taste so refreshing and super delicious. It is for sure my summer go-to salad! Enjoy!

OK guys, this is my ultimate gyoza recipe that you can’t miss! I always make it and store in freezer, so I can have it whenever I crave for gyoza. Normal Japanese gyoza filled with pork and cabbage, they are delicious with crispy bottom. But…this kimchi gyoza is the goal!!!! Pork with Kimchi, sour, spicy and so delicious!
