I am not a bread fan at all and seldom eat bread. I do make bread at home but is only for Mr P. However, there is always exception, when I lived in Italy, I love ciabatta and focaccia bread. They are so just tasty and full of flavour.
This is authentic Italian recipe, very easy to make. This bread is full of olive oil flavour and make the bread extra tasty. You can slice the bread and dip in olive oil and balsamic vinegar for snack. Or, can slice it in half and sandwich with tomato, cheese, pesto. Hmmmm…taste of Italy! Try and hope you love it too!

Calling all caramel lovers out there!!!!! Personally I love caramel more than chocolate sauce. After making the caramel cake for my friend’s birthday, I am in a caramel zone. Everything has to add little bit caramel in it! 😀
It is still hard to believe how easy to make caramel sauce by yourself. Sugar and water, then some cream and butter, how simple is that! It is a perfect, super quick and easy recipe that you need, store the caramel in the fridge and you can always have it! Enjoy!
Orange & Cranberry Muffins 香橙紅莓鬆餅
While summer is here, I always feel like something light. Not a creamy cake full of icing but refreshing light and moist muffins.
This muffin recipe use vegetable oil instead of butter, it makes it taste lighter and slightly healthier. Add some orange zest and orange juice, with some dried or fresh cranberry. Very refreshing and delicious. Super easy to make, no mixer needed. Try and hope you like it!

Seriously, popcorn is one of the best, easy to make, cheap and low calories ( if just add salt) snack on earth. When you see the fancy, delicious popcorn that sell in store, yes they might look fancy but also very expensive. You can easily make it at home instead, is slightly healthier, so much cheaper and can adjust the sugar according to your taste.
This is my favourite recipe, to add little bit baking soda at the end, make the caramel a little bit honeycomb flavour, and why not?! It is perfect for party, decorating cake or snack for movie night. Enjoy!

Mango season is here! It is perfect time to make some mango dessert! This is super easy to make mango pudding dessert, add some yogurt to make it healthier (of course!) and creamier.

Earl Grey Creme Brûlée 法式伯爵茶焦糖燉蛋
A fancy French dessert that many people love – Creme Brûlée, to crack the caramel on top is the best of this dessert for me, haha! But of course, the creamy, smooth custard is so yummy too!
This dessert is super easy to make, the best thing is, you can make ahead the day before and you can serve when your guests come. The best part is to use the blow torch to caramelise the sugar, but if you don’t have a blow torch, you can just put the pudding at the top shelve of the oven, closer to the grill and you can still make the delicious caramel. Nothing more classic than this Victoria Sponge cake / Victoria sandwich. It said Queen Victoria have this cake every afternoon, that’s why this cake name after her. British people like jam and cream so much, but it is actually very delicious when sandwich with cake or scone. That make these two British classic.

No-Knead Raisin & Walnut Bread 免搓提子合桃麵包
So…the topic of ”no-knead” bread is very attractive right?! 😉 Yes, you don’t need a bread machine, you don’t need to knead bread and you will still have a very super tasty bread!
Simply mix the dough together, then let it rest for 12 hours or more, let it rise slowly. The trick is to bake in a dutch oven, trap the air and make it like a steam method. Then you will have a very crispy crust and soft bread inside. With the raisins and walnuts give the sweetness and chewiness. It is a perfect bread! Serve with butter, Enjoy!
