No-Bake Chocolate Tart 免焗朱古力撻
It is very warm in London these days, it is way to hot if I turn on the oven. It is super easy recipe, no-baked, 4 ingredients, super delicious!
The important thing is, buy good quality chocolate, I like to use dark chocolate, but you can use half dark and half milk chocolate. But definitely cannot use only milk chocolate, cause the fat content is different and it will not work. Add some decoration on the tart, and you will have quality style dessert! Enjoy!
炎炎夏日,不想用焗爐,就來做這個免焗朱古力撻!香濃的朱古力,加上香脆的外層,簡單又好味!
只需4種材料就做到,建議用高質的朱古力,味道會更好。我用黑朱古力,但也可以用一半黑加一半牛奶朱古力,但就一定不可以只用牛奶或白朱古力,因脂肪含量不同,會做不到的。加點裝飾,又成吸睛甜品!新手必學!
Crush the Oreo into crumbs, then mix with melted butter. Place it in a tart tin, press it. Let it chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
Place heavy cream/whipping cream in a saucepan, cook under medium low heat until there are bubbles at the edge. Remove from heat (Remember do not boil the cream)
Pour the cream into the chocolate, let it set for 3 minutes, then mix well.
Pour the chocolate into the tin, add some decoration, then chill in fridge until it set. Enjoy!
*This recipe can make four tarts
* you can use any biscuits you want
將OREO餅乾弄碎,加入溶化牛油,拌勻。然後鋪在模內,壓實,放入雪櫃30分鐘
在煲內加入淡忌廉,用中小火煮至周邊有泡沫,離火,加入朱古力,靜置三分鐘,然後拌勻
將巧克力漿倒入模內,可在上面加點裝飾,放入雪櫃至凝固即成!
*這個食譜可做4個
*也可以用其他餅乾代替Oreo
*不可以用白朱古力或牛奶朱古力,但可以用一半黑+一半牛奶朱古力
