Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies 迷你朱古力曲奇
Who can say no to chocolate chip cookies? Seriously, they are so delicious and no one should say no!!!! Especially now when we are in quarantine, we have to bake ourselves something evil/ naughty to cheer ourselves up! (enough reasons!)
This is very simple and easy chocolate chip cookies recipe, honestly, no special technic or anything. The important thing is the baking time, if you want the soft and chewy one, follow the recipe time (also your oven). If you prefer the crispy cookies, bake one or two minutes longer. I make about 100 mini cookies, they are so adorable and delicious! Enjoy!
有誰可以抵擋朱古力曲奇Chocolate Chip Cookies?!充滿牛油香,加上朱古力,超好味!這個是軟身的配方,如喜歡脆脆的,多焗數分鐘便可。
材料和做法都超簡單,做成細細粒,一口一個,停不了口!看到這麼多曲奇,心情都好D!
Beat the butter and sugar together, then add in egg, mix well.
Sift in flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips, mix until well combined. (*if the dough is way too sticky and can not form a dough, add little bit more flour)
Take out the dough (about 5g), roll into ball, place on lined baking sheet.
Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 9 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking tray completely. Enjoy!
*This recipe can make about 100 mini cookies
用電動打蛋器打發牛油和糖. 然後下雞蛋,拌勻,再篩入麵粉、鹽、梳打粉和朱古力碎,拌勻 (*如麵糰太濕,可加少許麵粉)
拿出一小份麵糰(我做迷你的,大約5克),搓圓,放在鋪有烘焙紙的焗盤上。放入已預熱170度C焗爐,焗約9-10分鐘,讓餅乾在焗盤上待涼即成!
*這個食譜可做約100塊迷你曲奇,可將份量減半
*如要香脆的曲奇,可多焗一至兩分鐘
- 110 g butter
- 100 g white sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 80 g chocolate chips
