Microwave 5 Minute Potato Chips 微波爐5分鐘薯片
It only takes 5 minutes to make crispy, healthy, yummy potato chips with microwave. You do not need any oil, just sprinkle with some salt, or add other spices you like. Fast, easy, simple, healthy, crispy!
YEAH! My favourite microwave recipe again! This is one of the most amazzzzzzing microwave recipe. I barely fried chips at home, maybe use oven sometimes, but still think is a lot hassle. But now what I need is potato, salt and microwave, 5 minutes…I just can’t resist it!
To make the chips very crispy is to slice it thinly and soak in water for 30 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on them during the last minute in microwave, don’t overcook it or it will burn. Mine is 900w and it takes total 5 minutes. Try and you will love it, healthy snack!!!!!
很多人都很喜歡吃(薯片),但又炸又鹽份高,不太健康。但用微波爐自己做,超簡單,只需5分鐘!新鮮又酥脆,超美味!不用油炸,少鹽版本,減低負擔,當小吃也很不錯喔!
Peel and wash the potato, thinly slice it (the thinner the crispier). Soak in water for 30 minutes. Then dry it with paper towel, arrange single layer on the microwave plate (lined with parchment paper).
Place in microwave at highest power for 3 minutes, then flip it and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with some salt. Done!
先將馬鈴薯洗淨,去皮,切薄片,愈薄愈酥脆。然後浸在開水中30分鐘。用廚紙吸乾水份,放在烘焙紙上,不要重疊 (一定要用烘焙紙,否則薯片會黏在一起)放入微波爐,用最大火力加熱三分鐘,然後將薯片反轉另一面,再加熱兩至三分鐘,至金黃色便可。放在涼架上待涼,灑上鹽便可享用。
