Longan & Goji Berry Butter Cakes 圓肉杞子小蛋糕
I have been drinking longan & goji berry juice for long time (literally soak the dried longan & goji berries in hot water) , they said is good for you, especially women.
And I try to add the longan and goji berries in my butter cake, and it is soooo delicious! It gives the freshness taste of the cake, not too sweet. With a little Asian’s twist, I love it!
我經常會用圓肉和杞子沖水飲,對身體好又有益。想起不如將兩者蛋入蛋糕內,看看會是怎樣。香濃的牛油蛋糕,加了圓肉和杞子,非常清新不膩,超好味!
Soak the dried longan & goji berries in hot water for 10 minutes, then cut the longan into small pieces. Drain well.
Cream the butter and sugar, then add in one egg, mix until combine.
Sieve in flour & baking powder, mix well.
Add in longan and goji berries, mix well.
Divide the batter into lined baking tin. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
將圓肉和杞子浸泡15分鐘,然後再將桂圓切小塊
用電動打蛋器打發牛油和糖,然後加入雞蛋,拌勻
篩入麵粉和泡打粉,拌勻,再加入圓肉和杞子,拌勻
將蛋糕糊倒入蛋糕模內,放入已預熱180C 焗爐,焗約15-18分鐘或至蛋糕全熟即成!
- 80 g Butter 牛油
- 60 g Sugar 糖
- 1 Egg 雞蛋
- 90 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
- 2 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
- 30 g Dried Longan 圓肉
- 20 g Goji Berry 杞子
