Lemon Shrimp Pasta 檸檬鮮蝦意粉
This is very refreshing and delicious pasta, it takes only 15 minutes to cook, a great choice for summer! Add the lemon juice, butter and chilli flakes in pasta, with lovely shrimps. As simple as that, lemony and refreshing!
This is one of my favourite pasta in summer, quick and fresh! When it is too hot, nobody wants to stay in kitchen in front of the heat. I can’t eat salad everyday, I need some carbs. So 15 minutes in kitchen, with not creamy but very fresh sauce. I just LOVE it!

In a hot pan, add oil and cook the shrimps for 30 seconds until pink.
Then add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and butter to mix well, cook for a minute. Add some white wine to give it good flavour.
Finally add lemon zest and juice, and spaghetti to toss well. Sprinkle parsley for garnish.
熱鑊後下油,先煎蝦30秒至粉紅色。下鹽,黑胡椒粉,辣椒碎及牛油,拌勻,煮一分鐘。再加白酒,酒蒸發後,下檸檬皮,檸檬汁及意粉拌勻,灑上巴西里即成!
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 200 gram shrimps
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 20 gram butter
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Parsley, chopped

- 蒜頭 -2瓣
- 牛油 -20克
- 檸檬 -1/2個
- 檸檬皮 -1茶匙
