Korean Spinach Side Dish 韓式涼拌菠菜
Very delicious Korean side dish, with garlic and sesame oil. Perfect for appetizer, side dish or snack.
I love going to Korean restaurants, honestly, the most I love are those small side dishes. There are just so many, like spinach, bean sprouts, potatoes, kimchi, sausages….They are just so delicious and I feel full even before the main course.
This spinach side dish is very easy to make, just mix with garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. It is just amazingly yummy.

做法超簡單,作前菜或拌飯吃都很美味呢!
Blend the spinach for 30 -45 seconds, then put in cold water and squeeze all the water out.
Then mix the spinach with all the other ingredients together, and it is done!
將菠菜放入一煲沸水內,煮約30-45秒,然後用冷水沖洗,用手擠乾水份,用刀切數下。將菠菜及所有材料拌勻即成。
- 200 gram spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seed
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 材料:

- 蒜蓉 1茶匙
- 白芝麻 1茶匙
- 生抽 1茶匙
- 麻油 1茶匙
