Korean Spicy Cucumber Side Dish 韓式涼拌青瓜

One of the most popular Korean side dish – spicy, refreshing and delicious cucumber. Perfect as side dish or snack, easiest dish ever!

Who doesn’t love the little side dish in Korean restaurant? This spicy cucumber side dish is one of my favourite, and it is super easy to make. 

韓式涼拌菜都有很多不同款式,非常吸引又開胃。其中這款青瓜也非常美味,香脆的青瓜,香辣開胃。按自己的喜好調味,零難度,作前菜或小食也非常讚呢~

Cut the cucumber into thin slices, add some salt and let it set for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry well.

Mix all the ingredients together and it is done!

將青瓜切薄片,然後灑上鹽,靜置10分鐘 (這可令多餘的水份排出)再瀝乾水份。

將青瓜,所有材料和調味料拌勻即成~

Ingredients
  • 1 Cucumber 青瓜
  • 1/4 Onion 洋蔥
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced 蒜蓉
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion, chopped 蔥花
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang 韓式辣醬
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 生抽
  • 1 tsp Sugar 糖
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil 芝麻油
Instructions
  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, add some salt and let it set for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry well.
