Another super simple Korean side dish, seriously, how come with such simple seasoning can turn bean sprout to be so delicious?! Yes, for me bean sprout is always quite plain no matter how you cook it. But this one is one of my favourite. Perfect for side dish or even main. Effortless dish! Perfect!
每到韓國餐廳用膳,都被不同款式的涼拌小菜吸引。平常不太喜歡吃炒芽菜的我,卻非常喜歡這個涼拌芽菜!
這個是不辣的,充滿著麻油味,開胃又美味!
Cook the bean sprout in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse it under the sink for a minute, drain well.
Mix bean sprout with all the seasoning and ingredients, then it is done!
先將芽菜放入沸水內,煮約兩分鐘,然後用開水沖一分鐘,瀝乾水份。
將芽菜和所有調味料拌勻,即可享用,或放入雪櫃內作涼拌小菜。
- 200 gram bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- spring onion
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seed
- salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil

- 蒜蓉 1茶匙
- 蔥花 少許
- 麻油 2茶匙
- 白芝麻 1茶匙
- 鹽 少許
- 魚露 1茶匙
