Kimchi Tofu Pot 泡菜豆腐粉絲煲
Very comforting Korean style pot dish, with kimchi, tofu and glass noodles. Kimchi makes the soup a bit sour and spicy, and the glass noodles soak up all the lovely soup. Very easy to make and it makes a perfect lazy week night meal.
For me, I think Kimchi goes with everything, to make fried rice, pancake, pasta…hmmm. So yummy! And this soup is one of my favourite, sour and spicy with noodles, nothing is better than that!
Of course, you can add any vegetable and meat you prefer, just add kimchi with those lovely juice, 20 minutes and you will have very comforting and delicious pot!
天氣炎熱,但吃一煲香辣的泡菜煲,超開胃呢!
簡單用韓式泡菜和嫰滑豆腐,做成美味香辣的湯,再加入粉絲吸收湯汁,美味又開胃!做法簡單無難度,煮一大煲,超滿足!
Heat oil in a hot pot, then cook the onion and bacon, cook for 2 minutes. Then add in kimchi and cook for a minute.
Then add the chicken broth, bring it to boil. Add the glass noodles, cook until softened.
At the end, add the tofu, season with soy sauce and sesame oil, done!
熱鑊後下油,先炒洋蔥和煙肉兩分鐘(*也可用豬肉),然後下泡菜炒一炒。
下高湯,煮沸後加入粉絲煮至軟身。最後加入嫰豆腐,下麻油和生抽調味即成!
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- bacon
- 1/2 bowl kimchi, roughly chopped
- 600 ml chicken broth
- 20 gram glass noodles
- 1/2 box tofu
- 材料:
- 洋蔥(切絲) 1/4個
- 煙肉粒 適量
- 泡菜 半碗
- 雞湯 600毫升
- 粉絲 1扎
- 嫰豆腐 半盒
