Key Lime Pie 青檸批
This is one of my favourite pie – Key Lime Pie. It is called Key Lime pie because it usually make with lime from The Keys (Florida). The lime is small and high acidity, it is perfect to make a pie with tangy flavour. Of course it might not easy to buy Key Limes at where you live, so normal lime or lemon will be fine. It will taste as delicious.
It only needs 5 ingredients to make this super easy pie. Creamy, tangy and light pie, perfect dessert. Enjoy!
這個青檸批是我其中最喜歡的甜品之一,酸酸甜甜,加上厚厚的餅底,清新不膩。Key Lime 是美國Keys 地方出產的青檸,外形較少,味道較酸。買不到Key Lime,用普適青檸或檸檬做都同樣美味!
這個批只需5種材料,做法超簡單,酸酸甜甜,開胃又超美味的甜品,新手們必定做到!
For the pie base: Crush the biscuits into crumbs, mix with melted butter. Place evenly in a pie tin, press it hard. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
In another bowl, mix egg yolks and condensed milk together. Then add in lime juice and lime zest, mix until well-combined. Then pour into a pie tin. Pop in 160C oven, bake for about 15 minutes. Let it cool completely then chill in fridge for at least 5 hours to set.
You can add some whipped cream for decoration. Enjoy!
餅底做法:將餅乾壓碎,加入溶化牛油拌勻,平均鋪在烤模內,壓實。放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約10分鐘,拿出來,待涼
將蛋黃、煉奶放入大碗內,拌勻,然後加入青檸皮屑和青檸汁拌勻。倒入派模內,放入 160度C焗爐,焗約15分鐘,待涼後放入雪櫃最少5個小時
用電動打蛋器打發奶油至挺身,再擠在派上即成!
- 190 g Digestive Biscuits
- 90 g Melted Butter
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 400 g Condensed Milk
- 160 ml Lime Juice
- Lime Zest
- 180 ml Whipping Cream
