Japanese Tofu Salad 日式凍豆腐沙律
Very simple, light, healthy and yummy Japanese tofu salad, with homeade sesame dressing. Great for simple lunch , dinner or sides.
Anyone like tofu? Tofu is very healthy, I like to use tofu to make Chinese dishes, add in soup, make dessert (yes, you can!) Add tofu in salad, mix with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, sweetcorn, it already sound very healthy!
You can add the store-bought sesame sauce, but I like this homemade one. You can control the sugar and sesame portion, simple, easy, delicious, this is what we need in busy day!

再加自己調製的芝麻醬,簡單易做,按自己口味作加減,超超超美味!非常開胃又健康,大人小孩都會喜歡!
For the sesame sauce, lightly roast the white sesame on a pan (low heat) for few minutes. Then blend the sesame into smooth, mix with all the sauce ingredient, set aside.
Prepare the ingredients for the salad, drain the water of tofu, dry with kitchen towel and cut into small pieces. Mix all the other ingredients together, add sesame dressing to serve.
先將豆腐瀝乾水入份,切小塊。將車厘茄切半,青瓜切小塊備用。
芝麻醬做法:將白芝麻放入平底鍋內,用小火烘數分鐘至有芝麻香,然後放入攪拌器打碎。再加入其他醬汁材料,拌勻即可。
將所以有材料拌勻,淋上芝麻醬即成!
- 1 box firm tofu
- 100 gram cherry tomato, halved
- 60 gram sweetcorn
- Lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 3 tablespoons white sesame
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

- 粟米 -60克
- 青瓜 -半條
- 生菜 -適量
- 芝麻醬:
- 芝麻 -3湯匙
- 沙律醬 -2湯匙
- 生抽 -1湯匙
- 白醋 -1湯匙
- 糖 -1茶匙
- 麻油 -1/2 茶匙
